Project Name: Hanke Wealth Icon/Logo design
Client: Hanke & Co., San Francisco, CA
Project Description: Logo or icon design and its applications to the company's identity system. The client wanted to incorporate Pythagoras into the ID system, a famous Greek mathematician and philosopher well-known for his pythagorean theorem, a relation in Euclidean geometry among the three sides of a right triangle (right-angled triangle). In terms of areas, it states: In any right triangle, the area of the square whose side is the hypotenuse (the side opposite the right angle) is equal to the sum of the areas of the squares whose sides are the two legs (the two sides that meet at a right angle) On the top right of the icon is the right triangle which integrates into the negative space as an upward arrow - indicative of the client's role in wealth management.
